Directions to Use

Clean the Surfaces
Clean both surfaces to be bonded from dust, grit, grease or oil. Ensure surfaces are completely free of contaminants.

Roughen Smooth Surfaces
Smooth and shiny surfaces should be roughened with sandpaper to improve adhesion and bonding strength.

Ensure Surfaces are Dry
Make sure that both surfaces to be bonded are completely dry before applying adhesive.

Apply Adhesive to Both Surfaces
Apply a thin, even layer of Jaguar ISL-505 adhesive on both surfaces using a brush or spreader.

Allow Drying Time
Let the adhesive dry for 10 to 20 minutes. The surfaces should feel tacky but not wet before joining.

Join and Apply Pressure
Join both the surfaces together and apply even pressure across the bonded area for a strong, permanent bond.
📝 Note: Absorbent and porous surfaces may require a second coat of adhesive for optimal bond strength.
